PROP-TOBERFEST is a community-driven event that aims to bring people together while supporting a worthy cause. For a wristband ( for families of three or more), attendees can enjoy a variety of outdoor games hosted by local businesses and organizations, as well as enter to win exciting door prizes. Inside the venue, bingo enthusiasts will have the chance to win gift cards and baskets.Beyond the games and prizes, PROP-TOBERFEST will offer a delightful array of festive food and a specially crafted PROP-TOBERFEST beer, with a portion of the proceeds directly benefiting the PROP Food Shelf. This is an opportunity for the community to come together, have fun, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.

Live Music Performances Bring the Celebration to Life

The event will be further enlivened by the energetic performances of two well-loved local bands. The Jolly Pops, a popular children's music and entertainment group, will take the stage from 12:30 to 1:15 p.m., captivating the younger attendees with their lively and interactive show.As the day progresses, the classic rock cover band Wondercure, composed of six members with strong ties to Eden Prairie, will take over from 2 to 4 p.m., wrapping up the event with their dynamic and crowd-pleasing renditions of timeless rock anthems.

The driving force behind PROP-TOBERFEST is a simple, yet powerful goal: to provide the resources and support needed to assist those facing financial, housing, or employment insecurity in the Eden Prairie and Chanhassen communities. As Matt Dymoke, the PROP Food development director, explains, "Our goal for PROP-TOBERFEST is for everyone to have a great time and to raise dollars to help fund PROP's increasing cost of providing food, housing and financial support to over 5,000 people per year."PROP Food Shelf is a registered 501(c)(3) organization that has been dedicated to nourishing and empowering individuals and families in need. Through this inaugural PROP-TOBERFEST event, the organization aims to not only bring the community together for a day of fun and celebration but also to raise the crucial funds necessary to continue its vital work.
